Georgia BBQ Championships points race
Barbecue enthusiasts are invited to register to compete in this sanctioned competition.
Pitmasters will compete in the categories of Chicken, Pork, Ribs, and Brisket on Saturday, April 6 2024.
All competitions will follow KCBS guidelines.
PRIZES TOTAL TO OVER $10,000

KidsQ COMPEITIOR INFORMATION

Are you an inspiring chef or Mini Pitmaster who loves to help cook at home? Are you under the age of 16, but would love to try your skills in the world of competitive food sport? Then the KidsQ is the place for you!
KidsQ is a "Chef's Choice" style cook where kids, under the age of 16, are provided a meat and tasked with the exciting job of creating a dish for official judging. The dish must be large enough for 6 samples. Kids may use garnish in their turn-in box but not required.
Contest Rules
Contest Organizer Will Provide:

Meat - 1 lb package

Disposable cutting boards for reach participant

Disposable gloves for each participant

Designated prep table to be share with 1 other team

Turn-in box
Participants Need To Bring (SUGGESTED):

Any additional ingredients, spices and sauces to complete your entry

Garnish for your turn-in box if using

All cooking utensils
-
Hot gloves/hot pads for handling anything hot

Cleaning materials (paper towels or cleaning wipes)

Grill or cooking vessel *if you need assistance getting a grill to the site, please contact the organizer*
